Super Safeguard has been certified by
RIAA according to the strict disclosure requirements under the Responsible Investment Certification Program.
The Certification Symbol signifies that an investment product or service takes environmental, social, ethical or governance considerations into account along with financial returns. Developed in response to investor requests for help in making informed choices, the Symbol and Certification Program promote consistent, standardised disclosure and education about responsible investment products and services.
The Responsible Investment Certification Program is the first of its kind in the world and is owned and managed by the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA). The Program was created in partnership with the NSW Department of Environment and Conservation and the Victorian Government. To be licensed to use the Certification Symbol, Super Safeguard was required to meet strict eligibility requirements for the category of a Superannuation Fund.
Super Safeguard was also independently reviewed and key details regarding our Certification are available through RIAA’s website at www.responsibleinvestment.org or by calling RIAA on 02 9025 5711. The Certification Symbol is a Registered Trade Mark owned and managed by RIAA and there are currently five categories: Fund Manager, Superannuation Fund, Financial Adviser, Dealer Group and NGO.
